      Our renowned Peking Banquet Duck consists of three courses. The perfectly roasted crispy layer of skin over tender fine meat is served with hand rolled pancakes with slivers of carrots, cucumber and shallot flowerlets laced with the luxurious Imperial Peking Sauce. The second course is another: delicate concoction of flavoursome ingredients combined with the delicious duck meat served in a texture enhancing lettuce bowl.

      Our master chef will then transform the remainder into a thin subtle broth designed to refresh you palate for further gastronomic delights we offer at Tang Dynasty.
