Our Specialities

Yum Cha in Cantonese Chinese literally means “drink tea”, it is the Cantonese tradi- tion of brunch involving Chinese tea and dim sum. Yum Cha generally involves small portions of steamed, pan-fried, and deep-fried dim sum dishes. Traditionally, Yum Cha is practised in the morning or early afternoon, hence the terms chow cha (早 茶, ‘morning tea’) or ha ng cha (下午茶, ‘afternoon tea’) when appropriate. At Tang Dynasty, we are offering All Day Yum Cha to our guests, served by our friendly staff to give you a personalised experience of Yum Cha.
